Return and Refund Policy

We hope you love your purchase, but we understand that mistakes can be made when you cannot try the garments on before buying.

Timbers Edge offers full returns within the below time frames:

14 Days (LOCAL CAMPBELL RIVER ORDERS)

21 Days (CANADIAN ORDERS)

30 Days (INTERNATIONAL ORDERS) 

EXCHANGES

Timbers Edge does not process exchanges. However, if you would like to order a different size, please return your merchandise as soon as possible. If the items are deemed eligible according to the return requirements laid out below, we will issue you a refund of the item, minus the original shipping costs.

You are welcome to start a new order with correct sizing, if the item is in stock, at any time.

RETURN REQUIREMENTS

• Merchandise must be returned within the timeline listed above, from date the item was shipped from our headquarters.
• Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unstained and unperfumed.
• Merchandise must have all tags, including any hangtags attached.
• Any products marked ‘FINAL SALE' cannot be returned.
